Our Duties
Guidance, Education and Publication Department
a) To carry out the works and procedures aimed at increasing the training, professional knowledge, experience and expertise of the personnel of the General Directorate in the country and abroad.
b) To carry out the works and procedures regarding meeting the demands of trainers from public institutions and organizations and social partners.
c) To organize training programs for the improvement of working life by cooperating with national and international institutions and organizations, universities and non-governmental organizations in coordination with the relevant units in the field of duty of the General Directorate.
ç) To make scientific publications, to organize seminars, symposiums, conferences and similar events, to prepare printed and visual publications in cooperation with the relevant units on issues related to working life.
d) To ensure that the General Directorate page on the website of the Ministry is kept up-to-date by coordinating the information flow.
e) News, articles, etc. in the press and social media on subjects falling within the scope of duty of the General Directorate. following the developments, reporting, archiving, preparing information and announcement texts in cooperation with the relevant units when necessary
f) To ensure the archiving and publication of the Specialization theses within the General Directorate
g) Coordinating the applications received via ALO 170 and CIMER on matters falling within the scope of the Department.
ğ) To carry out document and archive activities within the scope of its duty.
h) To carry out other duties to be assigned by the General Directorate.
