“New Employment Strategies Workshop” was held in Adana

The "New Employment Strategies Workshop" was held in Adana on January 12, 2022, within the scope of the Project on Supporting the Decent Work of the Future, which is carried out by our General Directorate and financed by the European Union funds. to the workshop; Public institutions and organizations, social partners, professional organizations, non-governmental organizations, universities and private sector representatives participated.

In the event, chaired by our General Manager Nurcan Önder, the participants' opinions and evaluations were received regarding the determination of the current situation and problems of the Adana local labor market. The workshop was concluded with the policy recommendations of the participants on the development of employment in the region.

Within the scope of the same visit program, meetings were held with the officials of Adana Provincial Directorate of Labor and Employment Agency, Provincial Directorate of Social Security, Governorship of Adana and Adana Chamber of Industry by the delegation headed by our General Manager. Within the scope of the meetings, ideas were exchanged with the Governor of Adana, Mr. Süleyman Elban, and the Chairman of the Adana Chamber of Industry, Mr. Zeki Kıvanç, on local labor market dynamics.
