Mediation Applications are Moved to the E-Government Gateway

With the coordinated work of our General Directorate and the General Directorate of Information Technologies and with the technical support of TURKSAT, the efforts to transfer the selection process of the mediators to the electronic environment for the implementation of the Law No. 6356 have come to an end. With the application, which allows mediator candidates to make their applications via the e-Government Gateway, the procedures regarding the mediation application process, which will start on Monday, November 16, 2020, will be carried out electronically for the first time this year. Necessary information and documents can be evaluated by the Selection Committee by withdrawing from the official applications of the relevant institutions without asking for any printed documents from the candidates.

By moving the process to the e-Government Gateway; During the evaluation period, it is aimed to eliminate the difficulties encountered during the manual examination of many documents regarding the applications, to eliminate the risk of error by conducting the validity and reliability checks of the documents in electronic environment, to simplify the application procedures, to reduce bureaucracy and to activate the process management. With the transfer of the application processes to the electronic environment, one more of our services will be included in the Digital Turkey Project of the Presidency Digital Transformation Office.

At the meeting of the Selection Committee held online on November 12, the application details were discussed and it was approved that the mediation application process will be carried out through this application, which can be accessed through the e-Government Gateway, starting from the next application period.
