The opening conference of “Promoting the Future of Decent Work Approach with a Focus on Gender Equality” was held.

The opening conference of the "Supporting the Future Decent Work Approach with a Focus on Gender Equality", financed under the European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), where our General Directorate is the beneficiary of the operation, was held on 22 June 2021 for public institutions and organizations, social partners, professional organizations, civil society organizations, and civil society organizations. It was held online with the participation of community organizations, international organizations and university representatives.
In the first part of the conference, which started with the opening speech of our General Manager, Nurcan Önder, the background of the project, its aims and activity pattern were shared with the participants. In the second part of the conference, Turkish Enterprise and Business Confederation (TÜRKONFED) Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Yiğit Savcı and European Education Foundation (ETF) Senior Human Capital Development Specialist Lida Kita shared about future jobs and gender equality in working life. After the general evaluations, the meeting was ended.
