Minimum Wage Determination Commission convened

The Minimum Wage Determination Commission convened once again on 22 December as part of its efforts to determine the minimum wage level to be applied in 2021. Our General Manager Nurcan Önder chaired the meeting hosted by the Confederation of Turkish Trade Unions (TÜRK-İŞ) and held online.
In the meeting where our country's targets and forecasts for 2021, economic and social developments in 2020, global economic conjuncture and domestic and foreign trade data were evaluated, a briefing was also given by the TÜRK-İŞ delegation.
At the last meeting of the commission to be held in the coming days, the minimum wage level for 2021 is expected to be announced.
