We Must Focus on Education for Qualified Activities

General Director of Labor, Mehmet BAŞ, stated that “Training activities are important in order to increase the knowledge, experience and education levels of our Head Office personnel, strengthen the sense of belonging to the institution, ensure that the personnel work more efficiently in harmony, and increase communication and solidarity.”

Within the framework of the target set by the General Director of Labor, Mr. Mehmet BAŞ, a training and motivation program was organized in Antalya Kemer for our personnel working within our General Directorate of Labor between 25-27 November 2023, in order to increase the efficiency and work energy, individual development, culture of togetherness and sense of belonging of the employees of our General Directorate.

Our Department Heads, Labor Experts and Assistant Experts, Branch Managers, Chiefs and personnel with other titles participated in the program in question.
