The first public personnel advisory board meeting of 2021 was held

This year's first meeting of the Public Personnel Advisory Board, which was created to develop social dialogue and discuss general problems related to the public personnel system, was held on 30 March under the chairmanship of our Minister Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk.

To the meeting; Mr. Ali Yalçın, Chairman of the Confederation of Civil Servants Unions, Mr. Önder Kahveci, Chairman of the Confederation of Public Employees of Turkey, Mrs. Elif Çuhadar, Representative of the Confederation of Public Workers' Unions, and the heads of the authorized unions in each service branch, as well as representatives of public institutions and organizations.

At the meeting, which was held with the agenda of employing contracted personnel in the public sector, promotion and title change, the parties agreed to form a working group to evaluate the types of employment in the public sector and to conduct periodic promotion and title change exams.
