The second round of negotiations to conclude a Social Security Agreement between Türkiye and Kosovo was held.

The second round of negotiations to conclude a Social Security Agreement between Türkiye and Kosovo was held in Ankara between 22-24 October 2024.

The Turkish delegation was chaired by Deputy Minister Dr. Adnan Ertem and the Kosovo delegation was chaired by Deputy Minister of Finance, Labour and Transfers Mr. Avni Zogiani. During the meetings, an agreement was reached on the draft Administrative Agreement for the implementation of the Social Security Agreement. The Social Security Agreement and the Administrative Agreement are expected to be concluded by our Minister and his Kosovar counterpart in the coming period.
