ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE EXPLOSİON OCCURRED AT THE CAPSULE FACTORY OF THE MECHANİCAL AND CHEMİCAL INDUSTRY CORPORATİON İN KAYAŞ, İN MAMAK DİSTRİCT OF ANKARA.

An explosion occurred at the Capsule Factory of the Mechanical and Chemical Industry Corporation in Kayaş, in Mamak District of Ankara.

As a result of the explosion, 4 of our workers were injured.

Immediately after the explosion, an Accident Investigation Commission within the Guidance and Inspection Directorate of our Ministry convened and a coordination team was established. Competent labour inspectors were assigned to carry out investigation. The Head and Vice Presidents of Guidance Inspection, the Deputy Head of Guidance and Inspection  Department responsible for Occupational Health and Safety arrived at the scene and the necessary investigations were immediately initiated.
