I sincerely congratulate Eid al-Adha, one of the exceptional days we comprehend our national and religious commons, I pray to God Almighty to be a means to the salvation of mankind, to our nation and the islamic world in particular.

Sacrifice is intimacy; the zenith of Abrahamic faith and Ishmaelic submission. What makes eids an eid is our unity, solidarity and sharing. This holiday, we will share again, will coalesce and be together again. Just as we have dealt with the natural disasters our country has gone through in recent years with the spirit of clemency, solidarity and fellowship inherent in our nation, I believe that the same characteristics will strengthen our national concious with the occasion of this spiritual atmosphere.

With this understanding, we will continue to maximize our sense of mission to our beloved nation, as we have been for 21 years. We will take firm steps forward by setting higher goals for ourselves in all areas, most particularly in our country's working life and we will build the The Century of Türkiye altogether.

I desire that our citizens set out on a journey to make the pilgrimage will have their prayers accepted and that they will come together with their families safely. I supplicate that this holy day, which is supposed to mean closeness to God, will reinforce our closeness to all people with whom we are bound up with the fellowship bond and bring blessing, peace and plentifulness to our houses.
