Foreigners Who Will Work in Seasonal Tea and Hazelnut Agriculture Jobs

Work has been completed to enable foreigners who will work in tea and hazelnut agriculture with work permit exemption in the provinces of Artvin, Giresun, Ordu, Rize, Samsun and Trabzon in Türkiye in accordance with the subparagraph (g) of the first paragraph of article 48 of the Implementation Regulation of the International Labour Force Law.

Foreigners who will work in seasonal tea and hazelnut agriculture in the six provinces in question will be able to apply for work permit exemption by submitting the necessary information and documents through our Ministry's e-Exemption system (https://emuafiyet.csgb.gov.tr) as of August 1, 2024.
