IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ON RULES FOR WORK PERMIT EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS

 

Work permit exemption applications submitted within Türkiye must be made by the applicant within 30 days of their arrival and before their visa or visa exemption expires.

 

For overseas applications, the applicants are required to get a 16-digit reference number by visiting the Turkish Consulate of the country they reside in and apply for a work permit exemption with that reference number and ​supporting documents within 30 days via (https://emuafiyet.csgb.gov.tr).

 

Residence permit holders in Türkiye are exempt from the 30-day rule and they can apply for a work permit exemption with supporting documents at any time before their residence permit expires via https://emuafiyet.csgb.gov.tr
