Direct Payment by Credit Card

You can make your payment by clicking on the "Payment with Reference Number" screen on the Interactive Tax Office (https://ivd.gib.gov.tr/) home page, selecting the institution name as "Directorate General for International Labour Force" on the screen that opens, and entering your TR Foreign Identity Number starting with 99 and This can be done with the Transaction Reference Number information sent to the foreigner via e-mail.

Alternative Payment Method

If you will pay your payments from contracted banks within Türkiye (Ziraat Bankası, Halk Bank, Vakıflar Bankası and other contracted banks); of the amounts specified in your e-mail, the Work Permit Exemption Certificate fee amount should be deposited to the account with code 9280 with a single receipt; and the Valuable Paper Fee with a single receipt to the account with code 9268, must be deposited in by declaring the foreign national's “foreign identification number” starting with 99. Transaction cannot be finalized in case the amount deposited is more or less than the requested amount. No additional costs will be incurred for bank transfers or similar charges for these payments. All payments made can be viewed through the system, and there is no need to submit a separate receipt/debit note to our Ministry.

WORK PERMIT EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FEES AMOUNT FOR 2023

With the Decree No. 7344 of the Presidency, published in the Official Gazette numbered 3232241 and dated July 7, 2023, the fixed fee amounts included in the tariffs under the Law on Fees No. 492 and applied in 2023 were increased by 50%. Work Permit Document Fees for 2023, which will be valid as of 08.07.2023, are stated in the table below.

* When the Work Permit Exemption Certificate is lost, a fee equal to half of the fee will be collected to re-print it. (Law on Fees No. 492, art. 90)
