He was born in Ankara in 1993. He completed his high school education at Ayrancı Anatolian High School. He completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2015. In the same year, he completed his legal internship at Ankara Bar Association and received his Lawyer's License in 2016 and practiced law for 1 year.

In 2017, he was appointed as an Assistant Labor Expert at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, General Directorate of International Labor Force, and in 2021, he became a Labor Expert with the acceptance of his specialization thesis titled "Rights and Obligations of Foreigners Working in Turkey Arising from the Labor Law".

He started his postgraduate education in the field of Labor and Social Security Law at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University in 2023 and his education is still continuing.

Since 2017, he has participated in numerous conferences and high-level meetings on labor migration and migration management. It continues to take an active role in studies within the scope of the European Union Financial Facility for Refugees in Turkey (FRiT).
He was appointed as head of department at the General Directorate of International Labor Force in 2022. He still continues to work here.
