He was born in 1974 in Eskişehir. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Eskişehir. Between 1991 and 1995, he attended the Faculty of Technical Education at Gazi University and later received his Master's degree from Sakarya University and a second Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Anadolu University.

He started his career in 1995 at the Ministry of National Education, where he served as a teacher and administrator for nearly 17 years.

Since 2012, he has worked at the Ministry of Family and Social Services in various roles, including Deputy Provincial Director, Branch Manager and Deputy Head of Department at the Department of Support Services, and in  the  Central Directorate of Revolving Fund. In 2014, he was appointed as the Head of Department to lead the Support Services Department.

In 2017, he was appointed as the Head of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. After the merger of the two ministries in 2018, he continued as the Head of the Department of Support Services at the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services. Subsequently, he served as a Labour Expert in the Directorate General of Occupational Health and Safety. On December 25, 2023, he was appointed as the Head of the Department of Management Services in the Directorate General of International Labour Force.

He has participated in certified training programs in areas such as Applied Total Quality Management, Budgeting, Allocation, Final Accounts and Procurement, Movable Property Registration Control, Public Procurement Legislation, Official Correspondence, and the Electronic Document Management System.

He is married and has four children.
