Duties of the Compliance and Corporate Cooperation Department;

  1. To carry out studies on the adaptation of foreigners to working life,
  2. To carry out the institutional cooperation activities of the Directorate General,
  3. Carrying out work and procedures regarding the regulation of work permit exemptions,
  4. Carrying out work and transactions related to indefinite work permits,
  5. To carry out studies to determine professionals who can be granted independent work permits,
  6. To carry out work and procedures regarding the determination and updating of sectors and professions in which work permits may be suspended,
  7. Carrying out work and transactions regarding exceptional work permits,
  8. Contributing to policy-making studies regarding international labour force,
  9. Contributing to legislative studies regarding the Law on International Labour Force and its sub-regulations,
  10. Participating in national and international training activities related to the field of duty and carrying out these activities,
  11. To prepare and implement national and international projects on issues related to its field of duty, to ensure the support and implementation of the prepared projects,
  12. Contributing to the preparation of periodical and non-periodical publications of the Directorate General,
  13. Contributing to the planning of providing in-service training to personnel on necessary subjects and situations,
  14. To carry out other duties assigned by the Director General.
