Compliance and Corporate Cooperation Department
Duties of the Compliance and Corporate Cooperation Department;
- To carry out studies on the adaptation of foreigners to working life,
- To carry out the institutional cooperation activities of the Directorate General,
- Carrying out work and procedures regarding the regulation of work permit exemptions,
- Carrying out work and transactions related to indefinite work permits,
- To carry out studies to determine professionals who can be granted independent work permits,
- To carry out work and procedures regarding the determination and updating of sectors and professions in which work permits may be suspended,
- Carrying out work and transactions regarding exceptional work permits,
- Contributing to policy-making studies regarding international labour force,
- Contributing to legislative studies regarding the Law on International Labour Force and its sub-regulations,
- Participating in national and international training activities related to the field of duty and carrying out these activities,
- To prepare and implement national and international projects on issues related to its field of duty, to ensure the support and implementation of the prepared projects,
- Contributing to the preparation of periodical and non-periodical publications of the Directorate General,
- Contributing to the planning of providing in-service training to personnel on necessary subjects and situations,
- To carry out other duties assigned by the Director General.
