  1. To determine the meeting agenda of the International Labour Force Policy Evaluation and Monitoring Commission and to ensure coordination regarding the implementation of the decisions taken,
  2. To inform the Director General on projects of the Directorate General within the scope of national or international funds,
  3. To provide an environment where the Director General can work effectively and efficiently,
  4. To prepare the daily work schedule and organize the meetings in line with the instructions given by the Directorate General,
  5. To fulfill the duties and instructions given by the Director General and Deputy Directors General and to prepare the relevant correspondence,
  6. To announce the directives and orders given by the Director General and Deputy Directors General to the relevant parties, to follow the transactions and to ensure coordination with the Departments,
  7. To conduct research and investigations on the issues requested by the Director General and to provide complementary information and documents,
  8. To carry out work and transactions regarding confidential, service-specific, personalized letters and e-mails sent to the Directorate General,
  9. To follow up the domestic and international assignments of the Director General Manager and Deputy Directors General and to take the necessary actions,
  10. To determine the stationery needs of the Directorate General and to ensure coordination with the relevant units to supply them,
  11. To ensure that the representation and protocol services of the Directorate General are carried out,
  12. To carry out the secretarial work of the Directorate General,
  13. To perform other duties assigned by the Director General.
