Management Services Department
Duties of the Management Services Department;
- To monitor and evaluate the appearance and effects of the Directorate General activities on the public, and to carry out the necessary work to announce them to the public,
- Carrying out the public relations activities of the Directorate General, ensuring that applications received from CİMER and ALO 170 call center are answered,
- To take the necessary measures effectively, quickly and accurately to finalize the information applications made in accordance with the Law on Access to Information,
- To make personnel planning of the Directorate General,
- To make plans to provide in-service training to personnel on needed issues and when necessary,
- To follow the scientific, social and cultural events organized within the scope of the Directorate General's field of duty, to compile publications or reports, to carry out the necessary studies for the benefit of the personnel,
- To carry out the necessary activities to ensure participation in national and international training activities related to the field of duty of the Directorate General,
- To ensure the printing and distribution of periodical and non-periodical publications of the Directorate General,
- To carry out the tasks concerning personnel, budget, movable and immovable material supply, documents-archives of the Directorate General,
- To make regulations to protect personal data and ensure data privacy within the scope of responsibility of the Directorate General,
- To prepare and implement national and international projects on issues related to its field of duty, to ensure the support and implementation of the prepared projects,
- Contributing to the preparation of periodical and non-periodical publications of the Directorate General,
- To carry out other duties assigned by the Director General.
