Information Activities of our Directorate General Continue

In this context, within the scope of the Awareness Raising component of the "Increasing the Policy Making Capacity of the Directorate General of International Labor Force in the Field of Labor Migration", which is the beneficiary of our General Directorate and implemented within the scope of the European Union Pre-Accession Financial Assistance Instrument (IPA), information and information on increasing awareness about legislation and policies are provided. Experience sharing day organizations are organized.

Within the scope of the project, the first one will be in Ankara on Thursday, May 18, 2023, in Izmir on 13 and 14 July 2023, in Bursa on 25 and 28 July 2023, in Mersin on 10 August 2023, in Konya on 16 August 2023, and in Konya on 16 August 2023. Informational meetings were held in Gaziantep in August 2023.

In the meetings in question, labor migration, international labor issues, legislation and practices regarding foreigners' ability to work in Turkey, and "Work Permit Exemption", for which applications have started to be received electronically on the website https://emuafiyet.csgb.gov.tr as of October 1, 2022, were discussed. Public institutions, university representatives and employers were informed about legislation and application systems.
