THE STATISTICS OF OUR DIRECTORATE GENERAL RECEIVED A "CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY" FROM TURKSTAT

Determining the conformity of statistical concepts, definitions, methods and classifications to be used during the production of official statistics in our country with national and international standards; The Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT), which carries out the tasks of monitoring the fulfillment of official statistics duties assigned to institutions and organizations and performing quality control of official statistics produced by institutions according to standards, awarded " Certificate of Quality" to the work permit statistics published by our Directorate General.
As a result of the evaluation made according to 10 quality principles determined by TURKSTAT and 16 standards and 41 indicators under these principles, statistics that comply with the said principles and standards are given the Certificate of Quality.

In this context, the Certificate of Quality application for the publication of "Work Permit Statistics", which is regularly prepared by our Directorate General every year within the framework of the Official Statistics Program, was approved at the 17th Statistical Council meeting held by TURKSTAT on November 15, 2023. Deputy Director General Metehan ÖZCAN and Labor Expert Fikret DUMAN received the " Certificate of Quality" on behalf of the Directorate General.
