The Closing Conference of the Technical Assistance for Enhancing the Policy Making Capacity of the Directorate General was held

Respectively, the opening speeches of the conference were delivered by Mr. Mahmut KARAAHMETOĞLU, Head of the Department of International Labour Policies and Research of our Directorate General, Mr. Ersoy GÜNAY, Deputy Director General for Foreign Affairs and European Union Affairs of our Ministry, Mr. Laurent GUIRKINGER, Head of Humanitarian and Social Development Department on behalf of the Delegation of the European Union to Turkey and Mr. Metehan ÖZCAN, Deputy Director General for International Labour Force.

Following the opening speeches, presentations on the project outputs were made by Ms. Anna KRASTEVA, project team leader and Ms. Mihaela MATEI, project training specialist. In the last session of the conference, Mr. Aydın ERDOĞAN, European Union Expert and Operations Coordination Unit Coordinator of our Directorate General, made a presentation on the experiences of our Directorate General from the project. The conference ended with an iftar dinner after the closing notes and consultations with the participants.
