Foreigners Under Temporary Protection
Temporary protection
It is applied to foreigners who have been forced to leave their country, who cannot return to the country they left, who come to our borders or cross our borders in mass or individually during this mass influx period in order to find urgent and temporary protection, and for whom international protection status determination cannot be made individually.
Temporary protection does not include those who came to our country from the country or region where the events that formed the basis of the temporary protection declaration took place, before the validity of the temporary protection declaration, unless otherwise decided by the President.
Those under temporary protection are not deemed to have directly obtained any of the international protection statuses determined in accordance with the Law.
